To maintain the integrity of the toys and ensure their longevity, it is crucial to avoid throwing or dropping them on hard surfaces such as concrete, tiles, and other unforgiving environments. Special Note Regarding Water Exposure:

Our range of wooden toys is designed for imaginative play and is not intended for use in water. Exposure to water can damage the toys and compromise their quality and durability. Therefore, we cannot accept refund requests for products that have been damaged due to contact with water.

Refund Eligibility

We stand behind the quality of our products and offer refunds under the following conditions:

• Factory Faults or Damage: If a product arrives broken or with a manufacturing defect.
• Initial Condition: The product must be unused and in its original packaging.

3. Outcome: Once your refund request is reviewed, we will inform you of the decision. If approved, we will process the refund according to the original method of payment.

Conditions for Refund Denial

Please be aware that failing to meet any of the above conditions, including damage due to improper use or exposure to water for our “Aquatic Range,” may result in a denial of the refund request. Our policy is designed to ensure fairness to all parties involved while maintaining the high standards of our products.
